REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Overview
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, refunds, and rescheduling for all services and products offered under the Get Better brand, operated by Albena Branzova.
By purchasing or participating in any service, you agree to this policy.
2. General Principle
We are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and development experiences.
At the same time, we ask clients and participants to respect:

3. Digital Products
All digital products (including audio programs, workbooks, and downloadable materials):

Are non-refundable

Are considered delivered upon purchase
This applies regardless of usage.
Consumer Rights (applicable to EU/EEA consumers only) — Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU consumer rules, subject to exceptions and conditions. Digital content / digital services exception: If you wish that digital content/services begin during the 14-day withdrawal period, you must provide the required acknowledgments/consents to waive or limit the withdrawal right once performance begins (depending on how the program is supplied and local implementation).
4. 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

Late cancellations or missed sessions are non-refundable
In exceptional cases, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
5. Group Programs

Once a program has started, no refunds are provided

If cancellation occurs before the program start date, a partial refund may be considered
We may offer:

Transfer to a future program

Credit toward another service
6. Camps & Residential Events
Due to the nature of planning, logistics, and limited capacity:
Cancellation Policy:

More than 21 days before the event → partial refund (minus administrative costs)

Between 21–7 days before the event → limited refund or credit (at our discretion)

Less than 7 days before the event → no refund
If a participant does not attend:

No refund will be issued
7. Cancellation by Organizer
If a program or event is canceled by us:

A full refund will be provided
OR -
An alternative option (reschedule or credit) may be offered
8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including:

Travel disruptions
-
Health restrictions
-
Natural events
-
Facility issues
In such cases, we may offer:

Rescheduling
-
Credit
You may wish to consider purchasing an insurance for your participation in case of force majeure events.
9. Transfers
In some cases, participation may be transferred to:

Another person
OR -
A future program
This is subject to approval.
10. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe using the original payment method where possible.
