TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Overview

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, as well as purchases of services and products (“Services”), provided under the Get Better brand.

 

Services are operated by Albena Branzova, Co-Founder of Get Better, a high-performance development platform founded by Gergana Branzova and Albena Branzova, through Albena Branzova OOD, a limited liability company duly existing and registered the Bulgarian commercial Register under UIC 206855741 (“Albena Branzova”).

 

By accessing, purchasing, or participating in any Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

All Services are designed to support:

  • Mental performance

  • Athletic development

  • Personal growth

 

These services are:

  • Educational and performance-based

  • Not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment

3. Global Use

Services are provided internationally.

 

We do our best to comply with all applicable laws, including:

  • GDPR (European Union)

  • PIPEDA (Canada)

  • CCPA (United States)

  • UK GDPR

  • Australian Privacy Act

  • and other relevant regulations

 

You are responsible for complying with the laws in your country of residence.

4. Eligibility & Obligations

You must be:

  • 18 years or older
    OR

  • have parent or legal guardian consent

 

For participants under 18:

  • a parent or guardian must accept these Terms; AND

  • participation is under parental or guardian’s responsibility

 

Account Registration: You agree and undertake to provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity on your account.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create safety risks (including in group environments with minors), or if required by law. You may stop using the website and deregister your account at any time.

 

You agree to:

  • use purchased materials for personal use only (unless explicitly licensed otherwise); 

  • not share access credentials or redistribute materials; 

  • comply with conduct rules in groups (especially where minors are present); 

  • provide accurate information needed for enrollment and safeguarding.

5. Services 

Services may include:

  • 1:1 coaching

  • group coaching

  • online programs

  • residential camps and immersion events

  • coach development and certification programs

  • digital materials (audio, workbooks, and resources)

 

We provide structured high-performance coaching and development services, which may evolve over time.

 

We reserve the right to modify, update, or improve services to maintain quality and effectiveness.

 

Our website may integrate third-party services (payment providers, video conferencing, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services, and their terms/privacy policies apply.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via:

  • Stripe (credit/debit card)

  • Bank transfer (available for EU clients)

 

Access to services or materials is granted only after payment is received.

 

All prices are subject to change.

 

Refund and cancellation rules are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, incorporated by reference.

7. Digital Products

All digital materials (including audio programs, workbooks, and training resources):

  • are for personal use only; 

  • are subject to copyrights and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or distributed

 

Unauthorized use may result in termination of access without refund and copyright claims.

 

Consumer Rights (EU/EEA) — Withdrawal: If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under EU consumer rules, subject to exceptions and conditions. 

 

Digital content / digital services exception: If you request that digital content/services begin during the withdrawal period, you may be asked to provide the required acknowledgments/consents to waive or limit the withdrawal right once performance begins (depending on how the Program is supplied and local implementation).

8. Coaching & Sessions

  • Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may be charged in full

  • We reserve the right to reschedule sessions when necessary

9. Camps & In-Person Events

Participation in camps and immersion events includes:

  • Physical activity

  • Structured group environments

  • Shared accommodation (where applicable)

Participants acknowledge that:

  • Participation carries inherent risks, including injury

  • They agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines

 

Additional event-specific documents, such as agreements and declarations, might be required to be signed prior to participation.

10. Recording & Media

Sessions and events may be recorded for:

  • Quality assurance

  • Training

  • Program development

Recordings:

  • Are confidential

  • Are not used publicly without explicit additional consent

Separate permission may be requested for:

  • Testimonials

  • Promotional or educational use

 

Recordings may be accessed by Albena Branzova and authorized members of the Get Better team subject to our Privacy Policy.

11. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results.

 

Outcomes depend on:

  • Individual effort

  • Consistency

  • Personal environment

 

Each participant’s progress is unique.

12. Your Responsibility

By participating in our programs, events and camps, you agree to:

  • Take full responsibility for your actions and decisions

  • Follow the applicable rules and code of conduct

  • Engage actively in the process

  • Communicate honestly

13. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, exploit, or harm other users (especially minors); 

  • Share personal information of minors or other users without permission; 

  • Upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; 

  • Attempt to access non-public areas, scrape the Platform, or interfere with security; 

  • Reverse engineer, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit Platform content except as permitted. 

We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access for violations.

 

You are expected to comply with the Code of Conduct for the respective program/event/camp and to:

  • Behave respectfully

  • Follow instructions

  • Contribute positively to the environment

We reserve the right to remove any participant who:

  • Disrupts the experience

  • Breaches the applicable rules and Code of Conduct

  • Creates risk for others

 

In such cases, participation fee will not be reimbursed.

14. Health & Safety

Participants (or parents/guardians) confirm that:

  • They are physically able to participate

  • Any relevant medical conditions have been disclosed in advance

 

In case of emergency, we may seek appropriate medical assistance.

15. Disclaimer

Services are not a substitute for:

  • Medical advice

  • Psychological therapy

  • Psychiatric care

 

If needed, participants should consult a licensed professional.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Albena Branzova and the Get Better team are not liable for:

  • Injuries resulting from participation

  • Personal decisions or actions

  • Indirect or unforeseen damages

 

Participation is voluntary and at your own (parent/guardian) responsibility.

17. Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and methods (including The Next Play Confidence):

  • Are protected intellectual property

  • May not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission

18. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time.

 

Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

 

We may also adjust content, scheduling, and delivery methods to maintain quality and safety. We will provide reasonable notice where practical.

19. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, unless otherwise required by applicable local laws.

 

Mandatory consumer protections may apply based on your place of residence.
